Ashok Jhalani has over 45 year of India experience.
Originally building and managing a business 6
hand tool factories across India with a labor
force of 8,000 people, Mr. Jhalani has been with
MTG for 10 years and oversees India manufacturing,
procurement, vendor management and quality assurance.
Mr Jhalani has reviewed over 75 factories in China
and 150 factories in India. Mr Jhalani has a BA
from St. Stephens College – Delhi University

Rachel Yohanan, International Trade Manager
Rachel is the manager of North American Operations
and Importer Relations globally. Ms. Yohanan brings
over 15 years of Sales management and executive
leadership to MTG. Ms Yohanan has a BA from UCLA
and is based out of MTG’s New Jersey office.

Africa: Gavin Stollar, Director (AFRICA)
Gavin Stollar joined is located in Johannesburg,
South Africa. Mr. Stollar bring 20 years of Technology
management and leadership to MTG including is
vast experience in the local African markets.
Having successfully launched 2 major hair brands
in the South African market, Mr. Stollar’s
experience and local knowledge significantly assists
MTG customers looking to develop their Africa
strategy. Gavin is an B.comm and an MBA graduate
form UNISA University and brings 20 years of IT,
operational and strategic business management
experience.
